Why We Care

Nataliya DzharianiMarketing Officer, Osome

We started this conversation to answer our own questions. Here’s why we decided to turn it into a full trend report.

Same Challenges

At Osome we live in an ecosystem of vibrant small and medium businesses. Our clients are busy entrepreneurs who went through similar experiences as ourselves. We have all been challenged to retain our staff and find funding in the covid spring. We were all pushed to streamline and pivot. We all feel cautiously positive as we look forward.

As an entrepreneur, when you need answers, you turn to your peers. So we went to our partners in the leading industries, established brands, and disruptive newcomers. The insights they share are applicable to us and hopefully, to you, too.

Technology at Heart

At our core we are a technological company. We strongly believe that anything that can be automated without losing quality, should be. Our goal is to rid entrepreneurs of paperwork and mundane admin work altogether, cause honestly, who has the time.

In the past months digitisation has sped up, advancing years of progress within months. We keep a close eye on how the needs of and the solutions for technological companies evolve so we better understand how to serve them. But what applies to tech companies is becoming relevant to all entrepreneurs out there.

The Future is Entrepreneurial

Finally, we started Osome because we believe that entrepreneurs are the architects of the future. They see problems as opportunities and keep finding better solutions for them. If only entrepreneurs had more time to focus on what matters and not be engrossed in the day-to-day.

So we did some of the legwork to explore what will be important for growth in the future. Hopefully you’ll find answers that help you. That means you have more time to create and improve the world we live in.

And that is what we care about most.
