Your advisor, just a tap away
Following our recent desktop launch, we’ve brought advisory call booking to the Osome iOS app. You no longer need to switch to a browser or wait until you’re at your desk to secure time with an expert. Whether you’re between meetings or commuting, professional advice is now truly mobile.

- Streamlined for iOS: We’ve rebuilt the booking journey to be faster and more intuitive, reducing the steps needed to get a confirmed slot on your calendar.
- Full control on the go: Need to move a meeting? Reschedule or cancel calls instantly from the 'More' tab without contacting support.
How it works
Managing your consultations is now integrated into your mobile workflow:
1. Find your calls
Open the More tab in your Osome app and tap Advisory Calls. Here, you’ll see your available call balance and a full history of your past sessions.
2. Book in seconds
Tap Schedule a Call and follow the guided flow:
- Select your expert: Choose between Tax Advisory or Accountant Advisory.
- Pick your slot: Select the date and time that fits your schedule.
- Confirm: Complete the short booking form and you're done. We’ll send a calendar invite straight to your inbox.
3. Manage your schedule
If your plans change, simply tap an existing booking in your list. Use the three-dot menu (⋮) to Reschedule or Cancel in seconds.

We are currently rolling this out for iOS users, with an Android update and even more mobile-exclusive features coming soon.
