We’ve added a new Smart Search bar directly to your web homepage. Instead of opening a chat tab to find a missing invoice, deadline, or page, you can now search your entire account in one place—complete with personalised suggestions for whatever needs your immediate attention.
Stop digging, start searching
Finding a specific document, tracking a deadline, or navigating to a sub-page shouldn't mean scrolling through menus or opening a support chat. We are introducing Smart Search on your web homepage to give you a single entry point for your entire business dashboard.
This update cuts down on confusion and gives you a direct, instant way to pull up exactly what you're looking for, right when you need it.

Key Features
1 "Suggested for You" shortcuts
When you click on the search bar, it immediately displays your most urgent next steps. You’ll see overdue or upcoming compliance events, unread chat prompts, and any outstanding requests for supporting documents from your bookkeeping team.
2 Curated results and recent items
To keep your dashboard clean, the default list prioritises your five most-used sections: Chats, Files, Company, Transactions, and Invoices. The search bar also remembers your workflow, showing up to three of your most recently accessed documents, conversations, or click histories for lightning-fast backtracking.
3 Direct chat fallback
If your search query doesn't surface what you need, you don't have to navigate away. You can launch a conversation with our support team directly from the search bar results, making chat your helpful last resort rather than your first stop.
What’s next?
This is our first version (V1) of Smart Search, launched on 23 June 2026 for our web platform. We are actively collecting your feedback through a built-in form right inside the search feature to help us improve. In our upcoming updates, we will be making the search bar even more prominent and tuning our background data to load your suggestions instantly.
On your very first homepage load, the "Suggested for You" window might briefly show only your Chats while the rest of your company data finishes loading in the background. Simply refresh or continue typing to search as normal. Log on to my.osome.com to start your first search!
