- New creation flow. A modern page for building invoices with fewer clicks and clearer fields.
- Invoice list. Sort, filter and search to find outstanding or paid invoices at a glance.
- Customer directory. Save contact and billing details once and reuse them across invoices.
- Payment methods. Let customers see your preferred payment options or hide them if you prefer.
- Invoice link and PDF. Generate compliant PDFs and shareable links that your customers can open on any device.
- Better status tracking. Paid, awaiting and overdue states are handled correctly so your books reflect reality.
Legacy invoices (what to expect)
- Invoices created in the old system remain downloadable as PDFs and you can copy their links.
- Old invoices cannot be changed to Paid in the new list. Agents must reconcile legacy invoices in the agent platform if needed.
- Drafts from the old system will not appear in the new invoice list. Please recreate important drafts in Invoicing 2.0.
- Some legacy filtering and duplication options are not available yet. We will add compatibility in a future release.
A fresh start for your invoices
We’ve moved to a new architecture to guarantee your records are legally sound and audit-ready. Your old invoices (v1.0) are saved as PDFs, but they can't be edited. Start your next invoice in the new editor to see how much faster bookkeeping can be.

Open Invoicing from the left menu and click Create invoice. If you have questions or need help migrating important legacy drafts, contact your accountant or start a chat in the app.
