How it works
1. Check your list: After you join, you’ll see new tasks: Verify identity, Share shareholder info, and Share company info.
2. Verify in seconds: If you are in Singapore, you can use the Singpass or MyInfo flow on your mobile browser to confirm who you are instantly.
3. Invite your team: Simply add the email and phone numbers for your directors and shareholders. We’ll send them an automated invite to join the flow — no coordination required from your side. If they are already Osome clients, they won't need to repeat their identity check.
4. Confirm the details: We’ll show you what we already know about your business activities and address. Just fill in the remaining blanks and you’re done. What we’ll fetch from ACRA:
- Registration number, company name, incorporation date
- Registered address
- Business activities
- Share capital details
- Director and shareholder structure
5. Stay updated: We’ve added automated reminders, so if a teammate forgets to sign, we'll send them a gentle nudge so you don't have to.
