How it works
Setting up the integration takes less than a minute and follows the same secure standards you expect from Osome.
1 One-click connection
Head to Files and select Connect File Storage. Click Connect next to the Google Drive. A secure window will open for you to log into your Google account and approve the connection.
2 Smart folder selection
You’ll see a list of your Drive folders. Simply toggle the ones you want us to monitor — like "Receipts 2024" or "Vendor Invoices." You can update these selections or disconnect the entire sync at any time.
3 Monitor your sync
Use your new Connection Status Dashboard to see:
- Sync Status: Confirm your connection is active.
- Last Sync: See the exact time we last checked for new files.
- Folder Count: A quick look at how many folders are currently feeding into Osome.
Secure and business-ready
We use read-only access to ensure your original files stay exactly where they are. We support all standard business formats, including PDFs, Images (JPEG, PNG), Excel/Google Sheets, and CSVs.
