You can now update your company name, registered address, or business activities through a self-service form inside the Osome app. This removes the back-and-forth chat conversations, letting you submit official corporate changes instantly from your dashboard.
No more manual chasing for company updates
Changing your official business information used to mean a lengthy conversation with our support teams to gather the correct details. To eliminate this friction, we have introduced a structured, self-service flow that puts you in control of your corporate updates.

- Smart data validation: Our guided fields check your inputs in real time, and also suggests if the new name or business activity is available for your company.
Supported corporate changes
You can now initiate four major company updates directly from your Company Page:
1. Change of Company Name: Pick your new name and submit it for availability checks.
2. Change of Registered Address: Update your official corporate location instantly.
3. Change of Business Activity: Adjust your primary operations or industry classifications.
How it works
Making an official change to your company profile is simple:
1 Pick your update
Navigate to Company in the sidebar and tap Details. You’ll now be able to see edit buttons next to Name, Business Activity, and and Registered Address.
2 Complete the guided form
Follow the step-by-step fields. The app will validate your information as you type to make sure everything fits official government requirements.
3 Confirm and submit
Review your updated summary, click Confirm, and the details will land instantly with our corporate secretary team to proceed with the rest of the flow.
Availability
This self-service update is now live for all companies registered in Singapore and Hong Kong.
Note for Company Name Changes: When updating your corporate name, an official government filing fee needs to be collected before we submit the final paperwork. If you have any questions, our Company Management team is here to help you through the transition. Just reach out to chat in my.osome.com.
