All Hong Kong companies must have a local registered address. It will appear on all legal documents and the authorities will send any relevant notices with deadlines here. We open, scan, and upload important documents to your Osome account for safe storage and for your review.
This must-have document outlines important details of a company, including the company name, business nature, and address. It is typically issued for 1 year and has to be renewed annually. We'll arrange this document for your company help with the renewal process.

As a business owner, you’ll need to submit two reports and one audit every year. Even if you have no transactions, you still need to submit annual reports: prepare unaudited accounts, have an external auditor review them, and file Profit Tax Return. It's crucial to prepare these correctly and on time to avoid fines and penalties, but we will do our best to make sure this doesn't happen.
