Do I Have to Pay Tax If My Company Makes No Profit?

Corporation Tax is payable only on taxable profits.
If your company makes no taxable profit, no Corporation Tax is due. However, filing obligations may still apply. A Company Tax Return may still need to be submitted unless HMRC has formally confirmed that the company is dormant.
