What Is the Employer’s Return (BIR56A & IR56B) and When Is It Filed?

We offer to assist employers in submitting the returns in paper form of application only for both IR56B and BIR56A, which requires the company’s employees personal info and income details, it will be signed by the director or company secretary.

The IRD will usually issue both IR56B and BIR56A forms to the companies on 1 April each year and it shall be submitted within one month. These two forms can also be requested by filing the IR6163 form.
