Can Osome Support Partnership Formation in Hong Kong?

Osome does not provide services for registering partnerships. Partnerships, governed by the Partnership Ordinance, may be general or limited. General partners have unlimited liability and must register with the Business Registration Office. Limited partnerships require registration with the Companies Registry and involve both general and limited partners. While Osome does not handle partnerships directly, we advise clients on the advantages of private limited companies as an alternative.
