How Does the Osome Referral Programme Work?

Osome clients can earn rewards by referring friends or business contacts using their unique referral link from the mobile or web app. Key details:

• When a friend signs up and completes a paid transaction, the Referrer earns 10% of the Referee’s invoiced amount (capped at HK$1,100).
• The Referee enjoys a 10% discount (same cap).
• Rewards are processed monthly on the 28th after a 30-day refund period and credited to the bank account listed under the Referrer Rewards page.
• Eligibility is limited to companies incorporated, or to be incorporated, in Singapore or Hong Kong.
• Both Referrer and Referee must pass KYC/AML checks, and referrals must use the official link.
• Referees requesting a refund within 30 days do not trigger rewards.
• Rewards are non-transferable, cannot be combined with other promotions, and self-referrals or abuse will be disqualified.
• Osome may request documentation to validate the referral.
