Aspire x Osome HK SuperCharge Campaign Terms & Conditions (2025)

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the promotional partnership between Osome and Aspire for eligible clients incorporating a company in Hong Kong. By participating in this campaign, you’ve agreed to the terms outlined below.

1.Overview

Under this campaign:

1. The client is required to pay the Comprehensive Incorporation Package fee of HK$ 8,800 upfront to Osome, and shall receive a HK$4,950 cash rebate from Aspire subject to meeting the eligibility criteria stated below.

2.Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the HK$ 4,950 cash back from Aspire, the client must:

1. Be a new client to both Osome and Aspire.
2. Successfully complete onboarding and incorporation of a Hong Kong Private Limited Company with Osome as part of the campaign during the promotion period (from 01 August 2025 until 31 October 2025).
3. Register with Aspire using the unique link provided by Osome.
4. Successfully complete onboarding and open a business account with Aspire as part of the campaign during the promotion period.
5. Top up the Aspire business account with a minimum of HK$ 5,000 within 90 days of opening the account, and maintain this amount in the account for at least 60 consecutive days.

3.Aspire Account Requirement

The subsidy is conditional upon the successful onboarding and account activation with Aspire. If the client:

1. Fails to open an Aspire account, or
2. Withdraws from Aspire onboarding,

4.Documentation and Timeline

Clients must:

1. Submit all required documents requested by Osome upon sign-up to complete the incorporation process.
2. Ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete, and verifiable.

Failure to comply may result in disqualification from the campaign and cancellation of the subsidy.

5.Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. If the client initiates incorporation but subsequently cancels or becomes unresponsive, Osome reserves the right to remove the client from the Campaign and invoice the client for the cost of administrative time or work completed, the amount for which will be decided by Osome.

6.Offer Limitations

1. The offer is limited to one incorporation per client.
2. The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value.
3. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or offers from Osome or Aspire.

7.Right to Refuse Service

Osome reserves the right to:

1. Decline incorporation requests based on internal KYC, risk assessment or regulatory considerations.
2. Revoke campaign participation at any time if it deems that a client has violated the terms or submitted false or misleading information.

8.Data Sharing & Consent

By participating in this campaign, the client:

1. Consents to Osome and Aspire sharing limited onboarding and eligibility information with each other solely for the purpose of administering this offer.
2. Acknowledges that both parties will handle personal data in accordance with applicable PDPA, GDPR, or equivalent data protection laws.

9.Changes to Campaign

Osome and / or Aspire reserves the right to:

1. Modify or terminate this campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. Interpret the T&Cs in its sole discretion. Osome’s decision will be final in all matters related to this campaign.

10.Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
