Who can become an Osome partner?
Our programme is open to anyone with an audience of entrepreneurs and small business owners. Whether you lead a community, run a startup, or manage a larger company, you can join us.
How does the partner commission work?
Our programme is flexible, letting you choose between your earnings and your client’s savings. You can allocate the 20% first-sale commission in three ways:
- Referral Fee: Keep the full commission as a reward for your referral.
- Client Discount: Pass the full 20% to your client as an instant discount on their first invoice.
- Hybrid Model: Split it — earn a partial fee while giving your client a custom discount.
- Tiered Growth: As you refer more businesses each quarter, your commission can increase up to 25%.
How are my commissions paid?
We deposit your earnings directly into your bank account. Once you’ve registered, we’ll ask for your account details so we can get you paid.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed once a month, typically on the 28th. To account for potential client refunds, we hold commissions for 30 days. After this period, we release the payment on the next scheduled date. You can track all upcoming payouts in your dashboard.
Can I use my referral code to renew my own services?
No, the programme applies only to new company registrations, transfers, and services with different shareholder information.
What happens if a client asks for a refund?
If a referral requests a refund within the first 30 days, that specific commission will be cancelled. However, if they request a refund after the 30-day window or after you've already been paid, no penalties apply.
Are there special offers for my referrals?
Yes. Depending on your setup, your clients can receive discounts of 10% or 16%, or you can choose to offer no discount and retain the fee. We can also build a custom offer specifically for your audience.
What are the steps after I sign up?
Once you register, you’ll get dashboard access and a call from our partnership team. After we’ve discussed the details and signed the agreement, you’ll have full access to your tracking and payout tools.
How do I start sending referrals?
You’ll receive a unique referral link immediately after signing up. Just copy it from your dashboard and share it.
Important: Please don't edit the link, as it contains the tracking code we need to attribute sales to your account.
