Why Is My Company Name Displayed in Capital Letters?

When a company is incorporated, Companies House automatically displays the company name in uppercase letters on official documents, including the Certificate of Incorporation.
This formatting is applied by default and cannot be changed during the incorporation process.
However, this does not restrict how the company presents its name in everyday use. Businesses are free to display their name in any format on websites, invoices, marketing materials, or business correspondence, as long as the registered company name remains legally accurate.
