Can Sole Traders Use Osome’s Registered Address Service?

Currently, the registered address service is available only for limited companies.

This is because every UK limited company must maintain an official registered office address on the public register maintained by Companies House. Our service is designed to support this legal requirement.

Sole traders do not have the same statutory requirement to maintain a registered office on the Companies House register. For this reason, we do not currently provide registered address services for sole trader businesses.
