What Is a Shareholders’ Agreement and Does Osome Provide One?
- Published: 7 April 2026
A shareholders’ agreement is a private legal contract between the shareholders of a company. It sets out how the company will be managed, how shares can be transferred, and how key decisions between shareholders are handled.
Unlike company filings with Companies House, a shareholders’ agreement is not publicly disclosed.
Osome does not provide shareholder agreement drafting services. If you require one, we recommend working with a qualified lawyer who can prepare an agreement tailored to your company and shareholder structure.
