Eugenio is the CEO of Osome, and Egor is the VP of Strategy at Osome — an AI-driven company management platform that helps founders and SMEs handle the boring but critical parts of running a business, from company incorporation and accounting to tax, compliance, and back-office admin.

Founded in 2017, Osome grew quickly by helping entrepreneurs across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UAE, and the UK spend less time on paperwork and more time building their companies. But behind the growth, the company went through a painful reset — from chasing growth at all costs and nearly running out of runway, to cutting costs, rebuilding customer trust, and finding a more disciplined path forward.

In this episode, Eugenio and Egor share the untold turnaround story of Osome — what went wrong, how they survived the toughest period, and the hard-won lessons founders can learn from nearly dying and coming back stronger.
