What Is the ND2B Form and When Must It Be Filed?

ND2B notifies the Registrar of changes to the company secretary or director (including alternate directors, excluding reserve directors), and must be filed within 15 days after the change.
- Must be completed in either Chinese (Traditional) or English.
- Handwritten forms may be rejected.
- Must be delivered within 15 days after the change.
- Signed by a director or company secretary and include the business registration number.
