Osome opens, scans and uploads standard letters delivered to your registered office the same day. Mail handling is included in our Registered Office Address Service for HK$3,000 per year .

• Letters delivered to the registered office are opened, scanned, and uploaded to your Osome account on the day of delivery.
• Packages and parcels are not accepted or stored. Only standard mail items are handled.
• Any attempted delivery of items other than letters will not be signed for.

• Self-collection of your mail is available.
• Pickup address: Unit 1603, 16/F, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.
• Pickup hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM-12:30 PM & 1:30 PM-4:30 PM (except public holidays).
• Please arrange the pickup with us at least one business day in advance so we can coordinate internally.
