Osome Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1.Campaign Period

The Osome Referral Programme (the "Promotion") begins on 1 August 2025, and ends on 30 October 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is offered by Osome Ltd. (“Osome”).

2.Eligibility

This Promotion is available to

Referrer:

1. Be existing Osome clients with a valid paid subscription and contract in good standing;
2. Receive an official invitation to join the Promotion via email from support@osome.com or through the Osome app (https://my.osome.com/);
3. Be based in or referring businesses incorporated in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Referees must:

1. Have a personal, non-commercial relationship with the Referrer;
2. Use the Referrer's unique referral link to sign up during the Promotion Period;
3. Not be an existing or past Osome client.

Referrers and Referred Individuals are collectively referred to as "Participants."

3.Entry Requirements

1. Referrers must generate and share their referral link via the Osome mobile or desktop app.
2. Referees must use this official referral link to sign up and complete a paid transaction with Osome.
3. Both parties must pass all KYC and AML checks required under the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and Hong Kong’s Anti-Money Laundering Ordinance (AMLO).
4. Referees who request a refund within 30 days of purchase will not trigger any reward for the Referrer.

4.Rewards & Payouts

The rewards are available as follows:

Referrer Reward:

1. Earn 10% of the Referee’s invoiced amount, capped at S$ 200 (for Singapore clients) or HK$ 1,100 (for Hong Kong clients).
2. Rewards are paid only if the Referee does not request a refund within 30 days of their initial purchase.
3. After the 30-day period, Osome will initiate the reward process, and rewards will be disbursed monthly on the 28th of each month.

Referee Discount:

1. A 10% discount, capped at S$ 200 or HK$ 1,100, is automatically applied to the Referee’s invoice.
2. No minimum spend is required to qualify.

5.Reward Conditions

1. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not stackable with other promotions or third-party offers.
2. Referrals between companies with shared directors, shareholders, or beneficial owners are not eligible.
3. Referrals that involve self-referral, false identities, duplicate accounts, or abuse will be disqualified, and rewards may be withheld or clawed back.
4. Osome reserves the right to request additional documentation or proof of the Referrer–Referee relationship.

6.Data Privacy & Consent

By joining the Promotion, Participants consent to Osome’s use of their personal data for:

1. Referral reward processing
2. KYC/AML compliance checks
3. Marketing communications (unless the Participant opts out)

This data will be handled in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (Singapore) and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Hong Kong). Full policy available at osome.com/privacy-policy.

7.General Terms

1. Osome may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at its discretion without prior notice.
2. These terms are supplemental to Osome’s General Terms and Conditions, available for Singapore and Hong Kong.
3. In case of conflict, these Referral Terms will prevail for Promotion-related matters.

8.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by:

1. The laws of Singapore, for Participants based in or referring Singapore companies
2. The laws of Hong Kong, for Participants based in or referring Hong Kong companies

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
