Osome Referral Program Terms and Conditions

1.Campaign Period

The Osome Referral Program (the "Promotion") begins on February 26, 2025, and ends on 31st March 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion is offered by Osome Ltd. (“Osome”).

2.Eligibility

This Promotion is available to

Only

  1. Companies incorporated or to be incorporated in Singapore
  2. Companies incorporated or to be incorporated Hong Kong

As Referrer:

  1. Osome customers who receive an invitation to participate in this Promotion directly from Osome through an official email (from "support@osome.com") regarding the Promotion or through the Osome web application ("https://my.osome.com/") and
  2. Have an active Osome contract and payment record in good standing (each, a "Referrer").

As Referee:

  1. Individuals who have a direct, personal, and non-commercial relationship with the Referrer,
  2. Receive a referral link to join Osome from a Referrer (each, a "Referred Individual").

Referrers and Referred Individuals are collectively referred to as "Participants."

3.Entry Requirements

  1. The Referrer must share the referral link provided in the email or Osome web app as-is to the Referee for them to purchase or subscribe to a service from Osome.
  2. The Referee’s final invoice amount shall exceed the equivalent of $800 USD, which is S$1,100 in Singapore and HK$6,200 in Hong Kong.
  3. The Referee must not request a refund or cancel the service within six (6) months after the referral discount is applied. If they do, the Referrer’s rewards will be revoked.
  4. Both Referrer and Referee shall complete or have passed KYC checks/screenings.

4.Rewards

The rewards are available as follows:

  1. For Referrers: A reward of $150 USD, which is equivalent to S$200 or HK$1,100, in Osome credits on record. These credits can be used for subsequent contract renewals or service add-ons for companies owned by individual Referrer.
  2. For Referees: A discount of $150 USD, which is equivalent to S$200 or HK$1,100, applied to the first invoice or self-checkout payment through the Osome website.

The rewards are STRICTLY:

  1. Non-convertible to cash/digital currency and non-transferable to any bank, wallet, or third-party (including other Osome-managed companies).
  2. Not available as credit notes presented on a customer’s accounting balance sheet or ledgers. Awarded credits are recorded in a separate reward system and are not associated with the customer's accounting.
  3. Not available as additional discount to be used with other promotions offered by our partners or affiliates.

5.Miscellaneous

  1. Osome reserves the right to change or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  2. Osome may review and disqualify any Participant from participating in this Promotion if they do not comply with these terms and conditions or if they receive a reward in a manner inconsistent with these terms.
  3. Osome reserves the right to withhold, seek return, or reimburse any reward if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the reward was obtained inconsistently with these terms.
  4. Osome may withhold or claw back any reward if it believes the Participant engaged in fraud, failed to meet eligibility requirements, or violated these terms and conditions.
  5. By participating in this Promotion and accepting the reward, the Participant agrees to release Osome, its employees, officers, directors, franchisees, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all other companies associated with the Promotion from any liability for any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation in the Promotion or use/misuse of the reward.
  6. These Osome Referral Program Terms and Conditions are supplemental to, and should be read in conjunction with, Osome’s General Terms and Conditions, which are available at here for Singapore and here for Hong Kong. By participating in this Promotion, Participants agree to comply with both these Osome Referral Program Terms and Conditions and Osome’s General Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Osome Referral Program Terms and Conditions and Osome’s General Terms and Conditions, these Referral Program Terms and Conditions shall prevail solely with respect to the Promotion.
