Will My Company Be Officially Recognised by Companies House If I Register With Osome?
- Published: 7 April 2026
Yes. When you incorporate a company through Osome, we prepare and submit the required incorporation documents directly to Companies House.
Companies House reviews the application and, once approved, registers the company on the official UK company register. At this point, your company becomes a legally recognised UK private limited company.
After incorporation is completed, you will receive the official documents issued by Companies House, such as the Certificate of Incorporation, which confirms the company’s legal existence.
