Do You Incorporate Subsidiary Companies or UK Branches?
- Published: 7 April 2026
We can assist with subsidiary company incorporations when they are part of a broader engagement that includes our accounting services.
A subsidiary company is a separate legal entity that is owned or controlled by another company (the parent or holding company). Because subsidiaries often involve additional compliance checks and documentation, we typically support these setups when clients also use our accounting services so that incorporation and ongoing compliance are managed in one place.
At the moment, we do not assist with registering UK branches (also known as UK establishments) of overseas companies.
A UK branch is created when a foreign company establishes a physical place of business in the UK without forming a separate legal entity. If you need to register a UK establishment, this can be done directly through the UK government process.
