Osome has integrated MyInfo to provide SingPass holders with a one-step business formation process, and two-thirds of their clientele use the new feature
MyInfo allows SingPass users to manage their personal data and pre-fill forms in digital services transactions. Business Administration provider Osome partnered with MyInfo to digitalize a crucial interaction: company incorporation in Singapore is now as simple as filling in your number.
Osome has started testing the feature in December 2018 and almost immediately 70% of their clients switched to identifying themselves via SingPass.
Osome is the first agency to offer MyInfo automatic sign-in using SingPass for company incorporation. Now instead of providing the personal details necessary for setting up a business in Singapore, you just log in with your SingPass. The secured algorithm allows Osome to access and upload only the data chosen by the user, such as name, residential status, registered address, etc and makes sure that the entrepreneurs' records are protected from being exposed.
“MyInfo is a great tool and it just makes sense to give Osome customers an option to incorporate using SingPass. If you have uploaded and verified your particulars once, there’s no need to waste time sending it over again.
