What is the role of ISCA?

ISCA determines the requirements for public accountants in the country, forming the process and the prerequisites to be registered as such in Singapore. Since the Singapore Government wants to develop the country to become a global accountancy hub, the Ministry of Finance has designed a roadmap to convert ISCA into a global professional accountancy body.
