Do You Provide XBRL Services?

Yes we do, as add-ons. Both simplified XBRL and full XBRL are charged at a fee. These fees cover XBRL preparation only. XBRL filing is available through our Corporate Secretary package, which includes appointment of Osome as company secretary and AGM and Annual Return filing.
Small, non-publicly accountable companies (revenue and total assets under S$500,000) can usually file Simplified XBRL.
