What the packages cover:

• Local Entrepreneurs, from S$900: Incorporation, Corporate Secretary for 12 months (including unlimited corporate changes where specified), AGM preparation and Annual Returns filing, plus dormant accounting and tax filing for one financial year.
• Foreign Entrepreneurs, from S$3,100: includes the above plus a nominee director for 12 months, a registered office address, and CorpPass registration where applicable.

Important: A dormant company must have no accounting transactions during the financial year aside from statutory filings or fees. Any other transactions will end dormant status.
