No. We do not incorporate or renew Sole Proprietorships, but we can help convert a Sole Proprietorship into a Pte Ltd.
Converting provides limited liability, better tax options and stronger credibility. Our conversion service includes cessation filing for the sole proprietorship, incorporation of the Pte Ltd and one year of the Unlimited Corporate Secretary package. Additional services like nominee directors and accounting can be added.
