Osome can assist with the preparation of resolution to adopt the ESOP and steps to allot shares under ESOP but does not provide the service to draft and prepare ESOP (the agreement, plan or policy). ESOPs require professional legal advice. We can help adopt the finalised ESOP and process share allotments according to the terms and conditions specified in the ESOP under directors’ instructions.

Required documents include the finalised and signed ESOP, directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions, signed letter of grant, acceptance letter (if any), exercise notices, and bank statements showing payment for allotments. Fees may apply depending on your corporate secretary package.
