The company must have at least one local resident director. If you are the sole local director and plan to relocate, you would have to appoint another local director or hire a nominee director to satisfy ACRA ’s local residency requirement. The nominee director cannot act as the sole director. Your company still needs to appoint an executive director (operational director) who is operationally involved or you can be the operational director.
