What Are the Requirements for EntrePass Holders to Start a Business in Singapore?

EntrePass requires a private limited company registered with ACRA, at least 30% shareholding, and evidence of innovation such as funding, incubator support, IP, exit or research collaboration. EntrePass targets venture-backed or innovation led businesses. There is no minimum salary and no foreign worker levy or quota. Application has to be done via MOM.
