Can Employment Pass Holders Take On Secondary Directorships or Start a Company?

Secondary directorships are allowed only when companies are related by shareholding and with a Letter of Consent. EP holders can start a company but cannot be the director at incorporation; a local director is required until LOC approval. Osome assists with LOC applications and Nominee Director services.
