What Are the Salary, Work Experience, and Documentation Requirements for the ONE Pass?

  • Modified: 12 November 2025

ONE Pass requires high salary or strong track record and supporting documents such as payslips, tax statements or company valuation evidence. Experience requirements and supporting documents vary by applicant track.

Salary Criteria

At least S$ 30,000 per month historically (must be with an employer for the past 12 consecutive months leading up to the date of application) or expected under a Singapore contract. This demonstrates the seniority required for ONE Pass.

Work Experience Requirements

Past employment with an established overseas company, or pending employment with an established local company.

*For a company to be considered established, it must have a market capitalisation or valuation of at least US$500 million or an annual revenue of at least US$200 million.

Documents Required (Depending on Track)

Payslips, tax statements, employment verification and company financials or achievement evidence. Arts, sports and academia tracks require CVs, publications or recommendation letters.
