- Modified: 12 November 2025
Osome handles the document preparation, submission to MOM (Ministry of Manpower), and tracking on the status for the new Dependant Pass (DP) applications and renewals. We are happy to guide you through the process, which usually takes about 3-4 weeks. Depending on the situation, the documents you'll typically need to have are your Marriage Certificate or Birth Certificate, and don’t forget to gather the HPB vaccination proof for any little ones under 12.
Who Is Eligible for a Dependant Pass?
Spouses and unmarried children under 21 of Employment Pass (EP) or S Pass holders who earn at least S$ 6,000 per month. Applicants must provide us with the marriage or birth certificates respectively. Children under 12 must submit diphtheria and measles vaccination proof to Health Promotion Board (HPB) before MOM submission.
Can DP Holders Work in Singapore?
No, not without a valid work pass. The employer must apply for the work pass on their behalf. Work eligibility follows prevailing MOM rules for the specific pass requested.
Application Process and Timeline for DP application
Expect about 3-4 weeks for new applications and renewals. Osome manages each step. We take care of reviewing your documents, submitting them to MOM, and keeping an eye on your application all the way until everything’s complete.
