What Is a Pre-Approved Letter of Consent (PLOC) for LTVP Holders?

PLOC allows eligible LTVP/LTVP+ holders to work in Singapore without securing a job first. Eligibility typically includes spouses or unmarried children of Singaporean Citizens (SC) or Permanent Residents (PR) holding an ICA-issued LTVP. Application for PLOC is done during LTVP application or renewal with ICA.
