What partner types do you work with?
We work with four core partner types. Channel partners expand service offerings without hiring. Referral partners turn introductions into reliable payouts. Ecosystem partners give members valuable benefits and co-marketing lift. Integration partners build technical links that improve retention and data quality.
How fast can we pilot?
We pilot with one to five clients to validate value and surface edge cases. Pilot length depends on scope and technical complexity. The aim is to move quickly and learn fast so that scaling decisions are based on data not assumptions.
How do payouts work?
Payouts depend on the partnership track. Referral partners use a simple flow with fast payouts and a dedicated dashboard for tracking earnings. Channel partners work with partner pricing and margin control so you retain advisory billing relationships. Osome handles billing, onboarding and support according to the agreed model so your revenue is predictable.
How often are commissions paid out?
Commissions are paid once a month, on the 28th. As some clients may ask for a refund, we hold commissions for 30 days after a client's payment. After this waiting period, we'll pay out your commission on the 28th. You can track your statistics and upcoming payouts in the referrals and payout history widget on your partner dashboard.
Do you migrate client data?
Yes. Where required we support data migration as part of onboarding. That can include CSV imports, secure transfers and connector-based syncs. Migration is scoped during discovery and executed under strict security and compliance processes so clients keep continuity while we assume the heavy lifting.
What happens if a referred client requests a refund?
If a referred client requests a refund within 30 days of their initial payment, you will not be eligible for commission from that client. However, if they request a refund after the 30-day period or if you've already received your commission, no penalties will apply.
What happens after I sign up?
You'll receive access to your partner dashboard and be contacted by an Osome partnership representative. Once you've discussed the details and signed the partnership agreement, you'll gain access to tracking and payout information.
