A Business Profile (BizFile) contains the company's latest information which including UEN, name, activities, registered office address, incorporation date, latest annual return filing information, list of Directors and shareholders. It is the official records provided by the government that used for verification purposes.

New Business Profiles are issued whenever company's details or structure changed and are provided free when entities incorporated and after the submission of Annual Returns.
