How Does Osome’s Nominee Director Service Work?
- Published: 4 December 2025
We provide a non-executive local resident nominee director to satisfy ACRA’s local residency requirement; the ND does not run day-to-day operations.
Key points:
- A nominee director (ND) is a non-executive local resident director whose role is regulatory compliance rather than company management.
- Each company using Osome’s ND service must provide an executive director who handles daily operations.
- Fees start from S$180 / month, with a minimum engagement of 3 months. We do not provide nominee shareholders. If you already have one and Osome is your corporate secretary, we can lodge the information with ACRA.
