What the packages cover:

• Local Entrepreneurs, from S$930: Incorporation, Corporate Secretary for 12 months (including unlimited corporate changes where specified), AGM preparation and Annual Returns filing, plus dormant accounting and tax filing for one financial year.
• Foreign Entrepreneurs, from S$3,204: includes the above plus a nominee director for 12 months, a registered office address, and CorpPass registration where applicable.
