Drawing on close to two decades across finance, telecom and tech — and his own experience founding a B2B SaaS startup — he brings both cross-industry range and founder grit to everything he ships. He builds autonomous teams with a clear direction, all pointed at the same goal: software that works as hard as the people using it.

Formerly finance leader at Glints, he built regional finance and legal capabilities supporting fundraisers. Helena Flores leads global operations across Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK. A founding leadership team member, she scaled Osome from a single-market startup into a multi-region platform serving thousands of entrepreneurs. Known for turning complexity into clarity, she builds systems that ensure compliance, reliability, and consistent service across borders. She also has more than 10 years of experience in Operations in different markets, from family businesses to startups and scale ups in Europe, Middle East and APAC region.

He builds go-to-market strategies connecting brand, demand and outcomes.

Rishat Iskhakov leads analytics at Osome, shaping data strategy and decision-making across the business. A Forbes 30 Under 30 honouree, he specialises in building data-driven organisations and analytics infrastructure. Previously at SberMarket and Delivery Hero, he led analyst teams and frameworks improving growth and margins.

Carlos Garcia
Carlos GarciaVice President of Sales

Carlos Navares is a commercial leader with 15+ years of experience scaling revenue across tech companies in Asia and beyond. Part of LinkedIn’s early APAC team, he led growth at Habbitzz through its acquisition and held leadership roles at HubSpot and Branch. At Osome, he leads the commercial team supporting founders from incorporation to growth.
