Aspire x Osome Singapore Supercharge Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the promotional partnership between Osome and Aspire for eligible clients opening an Aspire business account for a company incorporated in Singapore. By participating in this campaign, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1.Overview

Under this campaign, eligible clients referred by Osome can earn a tiered cashback reward from Aspire (Aspire FT Pte. Ltd.), based on the amount they top up into their new Aspire business account, subject to the criteria in Section 2. The reward is provided by Aspire, not by Osome.

2.Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Aspire reward, you must:

1. Be a new-to-Aspire client. Existing Aspire clients, and entities that have previously registered for or held an Aspire account, are not eligible.
2. Be an entity incorporated in Singapore.
3. Register for an Aspire business account using Osome’s unique referral link between 1 October 2026 and 31 December 2026 (both dates inclusive), and enter promo code "OSOMESUPERSG" at registration. Accounts registered without the promo code, or after 31 December 2026, are not eligible.
4. The Top-up Rule: Deposit the qualifying amount shown in Section 3 into your new Aspire account within 30 calendar days of the date your Aspire account is verified, and maintain the average balance of that amount for at least 30 calendar days.

3.Reward Tiers

The reward scales with your first top-up:

Each eligible client receives one reward only, based on the highest qualifying top-up threshold achieved as an average balance during the 30 calendar days starting from the date of the first deposit. The reward is paid in USD or the SGD equivalent, on the client’s first qualifying top-up. If paid in SGD, the amount is based on the prevailing exchange rate on the Aspire platform on the crediting date. The reward is credited to your Aspire account within 30 calendar days after all eligibility criteria have been fulfilled.

4.Aspire Account Requirement

The reward is a third-party benefit provided by Aspire. If a client fails to open an account, withdraws their application, or does not meet the Top-up Rule, they will not receive the reward. Eligibility and the applicable reward are determined solely based on Aspire’s records. Aspire may deduct or cancel a reward that was credited in error or where the eligibility criteria were not met. Osome is not responsible for Aspire’s onboarding decisions, eligibility determinations, or payout delays.

5.Documentation and Timeline

You must complete Aspire’s onboarding and submit all requested KYC (Know Your Customer) documents promptly. If documentation is incomplete or inaccurate, you may be disqualified from the campaign.

6.Offer Limitations

1. Limit of one reward per eligible client.
2. This promotion cannot be combined with any other Aspire promotion, campaign, incentive, or offerю

7.Right to Refuse Service

Osome and Aspire reserve the right to decline any application based on internal risk assessments, KYC requirements, or regulatory considerations. We may ban or exclude a client from the campaign if we detect fraudulent or suspicious activity or misuse of the offer.

8.Data Sharing & Consent

By participating, you consent to Osome and Aspire sharing limited status updates (such as "account opened") with each other to verify your eligibility for the reward. Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA), you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by and to Aspire, and such other third parties as Aspire may reasonably consider necessary for the purposes of the campaign, and you agree to be bound by the Aspire Privacy Policy. We handle all data in accordance with the PDPA and applicable data protection laws.

9.Changes to Campaign

Osome and Aspire reserve the right to modify, shorten, withdraw or end this campaign at any time. Aspire’s promotion terms, available here, govern the reward. In the event of any inconsistency between these T&Cs, or any Osome marketing material, and Aspire’s promotion terms, Aspire’s promotion terms prevail. Aspire’s decision on whether a client qualifies for the reward is final.

10.Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
