Can I Use My Residential Address As My Company’s Registered Office?
- Published: 11 December 2025
Yes, but you must comply with the Home Office Scheme from ACRA, HDB, or URA, meet specific criteria (like business type and limited non-resident staff), and accept public visibility of your address.
The address also required to meet the provision in Companies Act 1967 which is the address being open for at least three hours during ordinary business hours on each business day.
Non-compliance can result in fines up to S$5,000 for the company and its officers.
