What Is A Business Profile And How Is It Used?

A Business Profile (BizFile) contains the company's latest information which includes UEN (Unique Entity Number), name, activities, registered office address, incorporation date, latest annual return filing information and list of Directors and Shareholders. It is the official records provided by the government that is used for verification purposes.
New Business Profiles are issued whenever a company's details or structure change. They are provided free of charge upon incorporation of the entity and following the submission of Annual Returns.
