Founded in 2019 by Ajay Gopal, Tinvio helps supply chain merchants in the food & beverage (F&B), retail, and healthcare supply industries communicate, manage orders, and make payments to their suppliers in one place. Today, Tinvio is also preparing to launch financial services for merchants and suppliers, such as lending and invoice financing. It has raised a $12 million Series A round in July 2021 to continue building its B2B transactions platform.

The Challenge

In 2019, Tinvio was looking for a corporate secretary and accountant to focus on growing their business while upholding corporate diligence.
